By approving this work order, the client agrees to provide access, issue all required notices, and Unless payment made in full or with prior authorisation payment must be made within 7 days of the compliance certificate being issued. The service covers only the listed items; extra work is charged separately. Missed access or failed compliance may incur re-inspection fees. Liability is limited to the service cost and excludes pre-existing damage, misuse, tampering, or tenant issues. Certification is issued only once all units comply and payment is received. Safe access must be provided.
